ZNC EDM Function Introductions

1.       The PCB panels and main elements of the electric cabinet are imported from Taiwan. The cabinet uses 3-axis optical devices and Z-axis numerical control so as to make accurate and precise records. The direction of the optical rulers can alter freely by setting internal codes. The resolution can be either 5 μm or 1 μm.

Able to process deep holes, blind holes, lateral and large area machining. Also designed for automatic sludge discharge and carbon deposits alarm.

4.       The colored pictures are formed by a dozen colors. which can be changed freely according to your preferences, making the pictures more original.

6.       In electro-discharge machining, you can change the discharge parameter at any time without affecting the machining. And with unlimited automatic discharge and program setting, you can choose any selection for machining. Meanwhile, it can control the discharge time flexibly according to the depth of machining.

7.       Have such functions as Automatic Monitoring Level, Infra-red flame detecting, depth alarm and cutting off electricity, finding the central point.

8.  Have the positive-negative switch function. Anti-fighting functions can also be added to process particular molds.
